Aleksandar Amidzic joined Hays in 2008. He started off in Sales, where he first became Head of Department, then Division Manager, then Director, and finally Managing Director of HPSG in 2017.
Aleksandar has three roles at Hays: He is Managing Director of Hays Professional Solutions GmbH, which constitutes around 30% of Hays’ total business in Germany. In his second role, he is responsible for the Technology Solutions Business Unit, which concentrates on strategic major clients in R&D and Mobility in temp and contracting. Aleksandar took on his third role as Managing Director of Emposo Germany/Romania in 2020.
After starting his career in 1996 at the Bilfinger construction group and a stint as commercial division manager at the industrial services provider Pöyry, Markus Auer became Chief Financial Officer of the Lahmeyer Group, which specialises in planning and consulting services, in 2011.
In July 2016, the Master of Business Administration was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Hays. In addition to finance, he is also responsible for the service sector and the further development of our organisation.
Alexandru Cicortas is a senior executive with more than 28 years of software (SW) and hardware (HW) experience in various R&D areas such as automotive, telecommunications, semiconductors and SW services. He has already held several global management positions at company management level for technical companies developing top class solutions for improving the end-user experience, scheduling, product quality and productivity.
Alexandru Cicortas has a comprehensive range of experience in managing international organizations with multiple locations with different sizes and budgets. He was also responsible for internal and external teams which had the challenging task of developing technological breakthroughs, patents and high-value intellectual property.
Over the course of time he has advised various executives and board members on different R&D topics such as technology evaluation, business development, mergers and acquisitions, internal restructuring, outsourcing, operational management and cost optimisation.
Alexandru Cicortas has been a supporter and promoter of agile methods such as SAFe® for many years, and is the holder of the “Lean Six Sigma Black Belt” certificate.
James has worked in technology since 1999, beginning in telecoms before moving into professional services. Much of his career was spent working in technology staffing and outsourced solutions until he took over strategic responsibility for Emposo in 2018.
James is passionate about the transformative power of technology and the positive impact it can have on society. In addition to leading Emposo, James chairs the board of Teen-Turn – a charity that gives teen girls from disadvantaged backgrounds the opportunity to gain direct technology experience so that they can visualise themselves working in the sector.
As someone who works across a broad technology solutions portfolio globally, James is uniquely positioned to provide insights and strategic guidance on key trends throughout the world.
Franck is a tech enthusiast who has been working in IT consultancy for several firms for the past 18 years. He has a broad base of technology capabilities and has successfully led several major projects in banking, industry and energy, transportation, and start-up/tech businesses.
Feedback from his clients often highlights his commitment, human skills, and creativity. His experience has been strongly focused on strategy, project and change management, and marketing/communication.
Franck strongly believes that people are the key success factor for any digital transformation.
Findlay gained experience working in a Big Four firm and a range of boutique consultancies. He has been part of UK and global executive teams as an ex-CIO for many years, advising the C-suite on how to align business strategy with digital, data, and technology solutions.
As well as the classic ERP programs most seasoned consultants are familiar with, many of Findlay’s engagements dealt with legacy technology and transforming digital and IT functions using new operating models. His experience in the sector is diverse, ranging from the launch of consumer loyalty schemes in retail to the mobilisation of newly constructed prisons in the public sector.
Findlay has run IT for 100,000 employees, moved an office-based workforce rapidly to home based during the Covid-19 pandemic, and led responses to cyberattacks. He brings a healthy dose of practicality to re-embedding transformation into IT/business operations.
Romy is an executive in the professional services sector with a proven record of successful partnerships with customers both in ANZ and Europe. She adds a valuable alternate perspective having worked across multiple industry sectors before her career in technology, which has given her depth of knowledge and extensive insights into the challenges that businesses face in keeping pace with change.
An advocate for gender balance in technology, Romy has created industry-leading initiatives that support women with their career goals. She is dedicated to ensuring that the technology sector benefits from a diverse and empowered workforce, and dedicates her time to mentoring, volunteering, and driving change.
