For many years, Aleksandar Amidzic has shaped the development of technology services in the German-speaking region. Since 2020 he has led Emposo in Germany and Romania, deliberately establishing the company as a reliable and high-performing partner for innovative, technology-driven solutions.
Markus Auer
Chief Financial Officer Hays AG / Managing Director Emposo
After starting his career in 1996 at the construction group Bilfinger and working as commercial head of division at the industrial services provider Pöyry, Markus Auer became CFO of the Lahmeyer Group, which specializes in planning and consulting services, in 2011.
Roman Bretz
Technical Director Emposo
Roman Bretz began his career in 2001 at Siemens Healthineers, where he most recently helped shape the development of cancer therapy centers as a system architect. From 2010, as CTO at LieberLieber Software, he brought a new product for systems engineering to market and advised international industrial clients.
Claus Thierbach
Director Emposo Professional Partner Solutions
The mechanical engineering graduate began his career in 1996 in plant engineering and later in aircraft construction. In 2015, Claus Thierbach joined Emposo. In business development, in his responsibility for operations and in building the site in Romania, he helped shape the company’s development.

Michael Schmitt started his career as a research associate at DaimlerChrysler Research (Dornier), focusing on simulation, logistics and production organization.
