A car manufacturer has built a new assembly hall. For this, the customer contracted out all the trades and systems to many different suppliers.

The
Solution

Our team coordinated the on-time delivery and installation of the trades and systems within a realisation management. For this purpose, a project and schedule plan was created using MS Project and coordinated with all suppliers and the customer. Our plan was updated daily and measures were derived and tracked. We carried out a constant controlling of the suppliers.

We also documented the progress in the assembly hall and reported it to the customer.
